it actually is somewhat normal. headaches are often caused by lack of blood flow to the blood vessels in your head. the reason you get head aches when you ejaculate is because the blood supply from your head is in your penis instead. it really is nothing to worry about.

Maybe you push when you are masterbating. That would cause headaches.
