There are only 20 volumes........They are only to #14 in the US, not sure where to get scans.

http://www.vnmanga.com/ only has vol 20 but it updated when new chapter out. The newest chapter is 116 (v 20)
http://selphie.randomfandom.com/SF/rar/ has the newest raw chapter
