ok, I will teach you, its very simple.. A home distribution panel have a main switch, a Current Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker(ELCB) and few Miniature Circuit Breakers(MCB) 10 amperes for lighting and 20 amperes for power circuits. Two wires, live and neutral from the electrical meter to be connected at the bottom two terminals of the main switch. terminal marked (L) and terminal marked N. and the top two terminals of the main switch and ELCB to be connected according to their markings..terminal (L) from the main switch to terminal (L) ELCB and terminal N from the main switch to terminal (N) ELCB..and the last part is, a wire from terminal marked L from the bottom of the ELCB to a bus bar at the bottom of MCB, and terminal N from the bottom of ELCB to a neutral link inside the panel.. and all the power and lighting wires to be connected at the top of the MCBs....lighting red wires to 10amps and power red wires to 20amps..and all black wires to be connected to neutral link in the panel..and there is one more Earth Link inside the panel where you connect all the green earth wires from power and lighting circuits..and remember to connect one green wire from the Earth Link to a Earth Electrode two metre long which were bang into the ground..REMEMBER to finish all the connection inside your house, and lastly do the two LN wires connection to the Electrical Meter according to their marking after pulling out the cutout(fuse) near the metre..as simple as that..

Yeah, I really want YOU to work on my electical panel!
Just replaced mine... Original electrician worked for Palmer Ellectric in Florida. He had cut one third of all strands of the two feeds! That is a "bad thing"!
It was to make them fit the wrong Lugs that were improperly installed!
Anyway, the NEC tells all, but, I don't want to read all about your early demise in the papers! Hire a professional, if your life is worth anything!
I am an Electrical Engineer, taught installations of three phase systems, and, you are NOT immortal, no matter the bravado you profess!

This is not an impossible task if you know what you are doing. However if you don't, and that sounds like you, it is suicide at worst and a very big fire at least.
Seriously, don't do this, you are obviously not qualified. Compared to you I am an electrical genius and I consider myself to be only minimally qualified. I know how to make the connections perfectly but I would have to have my nose in the National Electric Code constantly in order to stay legal. I wouldn't do this sort of work for anyone but myself.

If you have to ask, leave it alone. Distribution panels are usually live and you won't be if you stick your hand where it does not belong.
