Leader - and worked hard to get that way.
I think being a leader is better because that way you can control the results, you have a better outlook on the future. Following is easier, no demands, etc. and you always have an "out". Less responsibility too.

I've always been more of a follower. I think it's better to be a leader, being a follower usually ends up getting you into trouble.

I am not a follower.
There're advantages of being a leader or a follower. If I have a good leader, I want to be a follower. But if there isn't a good leader, I want to be a leader. :)

Leader! Depends on which you are!Some people are leaders because that's their personality. Some people are followers because that's their personality. Leaders and Followers are just the way it has to be - I guess because most of us seem to run better as a group and usually someone has to be the leader! We're different from animals because of our ability to reason, think, choose, and rationalize (think) - hopefully we don't make all of our decisions on instinct!

Well personally I'm a leader (and proud of it)
but without followers, I couldnt really be a leader could I?
So there is not one which is better, it just depends on your personality and if you prefer taking charge or being told what to do.

I am a leader. I always have to be the boss. Even from a child. It's my way or the highway. I don't have time to wait on other people. It's probably better to be a follower. You probably get along with people better and don't have to be as strict and can just go along for the ride.

I'm a leader. But to be a leader you have to be a good follower. So I guess both.

well my parents taught me that if you want to be a leader you have to be a follower first because if you are a leader you must know what you are doing .the follower learns what the leader is doing because one day that leader is going to leave and you are going to have to take over.some people are just born leaders and some are just born followers
