Sisterhood is a wonderful concept...be it actual sisters, or a religious sisterhood, or a club or group, or a sorority...I believe the camaraderie among women is a wonderful, nurturing thing! Too oftentimes we neglect the love we need from other women, just trying to focus on male-female relationships. But the historical truth remains...through the years...that women need other women to talk with, to nurture them, to share and feel special. All relationships have value and meaning. But what is shared between sisters is a very special thing!

I love my sisters and pray for them. I think the Women's movement helped us in some ways but hurt us in others.
Seems like we are treated more like sex objects than ever before in my lifetime. This is sad to me.
