NO! Good question.
The Ignition key turns these and all the other accessories off when you turn the key to the off position. The key also turns these accessories off when you turn the key to the start position.
Turning them off only adds to the wear and tear of the radio or a/c switches.
And, it is a bit Anal.
If you can remove your key your good to go.
"The only people that do this are pretending they are Airplane or Rocket Pilots" Doing a vehicle shutdown procedure. I can hear it now.. 'Power...Check', radios,,,,,Check,.....climate control,....check, wheels down and locked....check. "We are ready for vehicle egress captain."
OK..open the main hatch and prepare to exit the craft."
Just turn off the key and get out. It was designed for that.
Think about this:
You will not find any manufacturers owners manual that has a check list saying to 'turn off' your Radio and a/c before exiting the vehicle.
I about fell out of my chair laughing when I read the one below that said the freon would leak out.
I still have a tear in my eye.....geeezz, some of this cracks me up.
Good for you ask, keep it up.

not at all.simply because when you restart you car all the power is going to the starter while the key is fully turned.power is only distributed to the rest of the vehicle once you release the key.have you ever realized when you start your car,you can turn the key a little forward(stop right there.the engine lights are on,maybe the radio,or whatever else is an accessory).turn the key all the way to start the vehicle.every goes off untill the engine starts.when you release the ignition spring pressure brings the key back and everything that was turned on has power.

Roosha88 answer is not true at all.
The car will start easier when you try to start it if the AC is not on.
This will be less strain on the battery when you are trying to start the engine. Most radios don't make much difference because they don't draw too much current.
Doing this will not have any effect on the battery except for what was mentioned above.
Its a good practice to Start to AC after the engine is running smooth for other reasons.

well your AC turns into a warm fan once you turn your car off. so you may not want to do that anyway. you can drain the battery if you leave the radio on for hours and hours at a time but if it is jsut a couple minutes while waiting for someone or something dont stress.

No, unless you are turning the key back to the on position without starting the engine. But if you are just shutting off your car then not at all.

You waste less freon if you turn off the A/C when the car isn't on.That is the only thing I have been told, by a mechanic.

It's not necessarily better, but it will wear down your battery and you could need a jump.
