Does anyone know the name of the African song playing in the last scene/credits of MIssissippi Masala ?

I've loved this song ever since i heard it that one time watching the movie but i do not own the Mississippi Masala movie...all i know is that when the girl's father returns to Africa this is the song they are playing and throughout the closing credits. If anybody knows the artists' name or title of the song it would be appreciated.
