Just don't think too much about it. Whatever u fear/worry about doesn't really happen. What will happen will happen...it's fate! No one can change it, so just accept life as it comes!

Exercise. Aerobic Exercise.
Since I started doing DAILY aerobic exercises, all my fears, thoughts, apprehensions, etc. - disappeared. The more I exercise, the better I feel.

finally realizing that its going to happen and there is nothing you can do about it and follow my philosophy "Don't take life to seriously, you will never get out of it alive."
