Actually long ago,we were brought to this planet as workers to help mine the resources here and the different "root" races were placed in different areas of the planet originally and many mixed as they traveled about,so that is where our sub -races came from. You take the orientals for example,they all came from the same planet and were once one in the same,but when some moved away from their root area and started intermarrying things like the sub-culture of Japanese peoples came about.

Hard to say, which ever one we came form it's either destroyed, hasn't been discvoered, wasn't a planet at all, or it's Earth

well our species originated on earth. but some scientists may suggest that our microbiological ancestors came from mars. there is a theory stating that there was once cellular life on mars and it got frozen befor a huge meteor smashed into it sending some of the bacteria to earth fully intact and still alive. but it is just a theory.
