There isn't really a given time frame. Some babies take months of doing this before they take their first steps but others seem to jump right into walking. The child development spectrum is really wide and all encompassing so it's hard to say. However, if he seems to enjoy it and is activelly doing it now, I'd say it won't be long. Cheerfuly encourage him and have him try pushing a walk behind with you right there on the floor with him. Enjoy this time! :)

It can be 10 minutes or 6 months (or even longer). Every baby is different. Just because a baby stands early does *not* mean he'll walk early...but it *can*. My daughter was very early on many of the "gross motor" skills, but once she could crawl across a room, then stand up once she got there, she wasn't in a hurry to walk. She preferred to work on talking instead. She pulled herself up to stand at 7 1/2 months old, but didn't take her first steps without holding on until she was 17 1/2 months!

It totally depends.
Our older daughter started pulling up at 8 months or so, too, but then developed a totally weird, mutant crawl that got her around plenty fast, and decided she didn't need to walk until she was 15 months old!
Our younger daughter, though, got up at 8 months, cruised around on everything for a while, then got frustrated and walked. She was 11 months old.
Oh, and BTW: you won't do any damage to your baby by helping him walk around. They want to stand. They want to walk. And as long as your son is calling the shots, you helping him will only strengthen his muscles and get him moving faster.

My wife's daughter started walking the very next day. She was 9 months old. Some kids develop faster than others. Most start walking at about 1 year, but there's no reason they can't start sooner.

It depends. My first child pulled herself up around 8 months, started cruising at 9 months, but didn't walk until she was 11 months. My second child pulled herself up around 5 months and started cruising that day. She started walking alone around 9 months. All children develop at different rates.

My son stood up at eight months also, but didn't walk for another two months. After they start pulling themselves up, they have to master standing without holding on to something, then they usually try walking. But he may surprise you. Enjoy it, I would give anything to have those days back.

My daughter started crawling at 7 month exactly and 1 week later she was walking along furniture and climbing stairs. She didn't let go until 9 months.

well this varys greatly your baby uses it arms to pull itself up,but depending on the strength in the legs, allso level of baby confedence, your child will do it when they are ready you can hold there hands for support but dont rush them or you can end up causing damage if there little legs are not strong enough,
