Try drinking some hot (decaffeinated) tea and take a relaxing bath before you go to bed. Talk to a doctor and see what he has to say about your sleep, he will have some good answers for you. It could be your diet, or lack of exercise, or any number of things that would make you unable to sleep. If that doesn't work, go to a dermatologist, they can give you some good answers. And always moisturize, that will help.

i know 3 best remedies:
1) put a slice of potato on each eye when u sleep. doesnt matter if they fall off during sleep...atleast it wud be there for SOME time??? Alternatively u can grate half a potato, add some rose water, make its cotton dabs n put over ur eye (rose water shud be chilled).

2) Refrigerate used tea bags for atleast 4 hrs n put them on ur eye as above.

3) Pierce a Vit E tablet n apply the gel in it all over ur eyes b4 sleep.

Short stuff, it may be hereditary. Does your mom or dad have those bags, or someone in the family like your grandparents? If they do, you will have to wait until you are older to get plastic surgery. If it doesn't run in the family, drink alot of water, take vitamins and moisturize your face and yes get plenty of sleep. If this doesn't work in a few months, then check with the doctor. good luck

That's perfectly normal and it isn't that you are not getting enough sleep. Quite frankly, you're stuck with that problem for the rest of your life. It is blood vessels being very close to the surface under your eyes. Don't worry about it. If you try to cover it up with makeup, you will only make it look a lot worse.

i ahve them too and i bought some cream for undereye darkness at walmart. you can buy it at a pharmacy too. about the preperation H. DONT USE IT unless you live in canada. true stuff. the formula used to have shark oil or somehting of the sort in it, but america's laws wont let the manufactuers sell it here with that ingreident. canada can still sell it however. if you use the america version tho, it can make your eyes worse.
