I think your asking if you can have a period before you have sex, if that is what your asking, yes the first time you have a period doesn't have anything to do with sex. However if your talking about bleeding during your first time having sex that is normal also, weather your having periods or not, the first time a girl has sex she will usually bleed during sex and maybe a little after and then it should stop.

u just have to be patient it will come and u going to mad when it do because u will be on every month and that sucks dont rush to grow up so fast your time will come i wish i can go back when i was 12. u going to miss that u dont have no responsiblity but to go to school and do your chores when u get older u have so much responsiblity pay bill buy this for your house buying your clothes it a lot and it go on and on. so dont rush it

well my sister had that problem till she was like 14 and at a party she had sex and it oly happpened right before she has sex now. or your body is going through so much changesit doesnt know what to do.

Are you talking about starting your period? If you havent started puberty then your body isnt ready to start your period. Wait a year, you'll be fine.

It's ok its very normal. your body is jus doing wut us girls bodies do. Ur period is going to come on even if you havent had sex. It's quite normal
