Yesterday the National News reported that Walmart will not prosecute anyone for shoplifting items valued under 25 dollars, as long as they have ID and aren't violent, repeat offenders. So, I guess I'll side with Walmart and say, "No", nothing is cheaper than the good old 5 Finger discount.

yeah free stuff..which is legal and then you have gifts...so there is stuff cheaper and LEGAL than a 5 finger discount
