None of the colors o the rainbow can do damage to your skin. Visible light is not powerful enough to do any damage whatsoever - the light that does damage is at a frequency that the human eye cannot percieve.

Violet. It has the lowest wavelength. This means it has the highest frequency. Another clue is that UV means ultraviolet and this is what people talk about when they refer to the dangers of the sun. UV is further "down the spectrum" and is a more intense kind of light, but our eyes were not made to see UV.

None of the seven colours, VIBGYOR affect our skin significantly. But the visible colour, violet close to the invisible ultra-violet may have some detrimental effect on our skin. The intensity of the ultra-violet is very less in our atmosphere as it is filtered by the Ozone layer.

I would say purple, because it has the highest frequency; But colors are light, which don't cause any damage to you skin.

assuming the rainbow is visible, then none. UV is invisible and not part of the rainbow.

visible light's damaging effects on your skin are very small i would think.

It's called Ultraviolet. You can't see it with the naked eye.
