Wow, everyone here is full of it. It's our most basic instinct to want to kill someone, for what ever reasons. At this point I will admit I do not have strong desire to kill anyone but I will not deny that I had the feeling. My youngest son, he was 18 months at the time, came home from his father's house with bruises and welts from his bum to his shoulders that were caused by my ex hitting him with a belt. I fortunately/yet unfortunately noticed them as I had undressed him for his bath shortly after his father had drove off. My first instinct was to kill my ex but my better judgement was to get my son to the hospital. Like most normal people tho, it was just fantasy, I was able to keep all my primal feelings in check. Point is, just because you think it isn't wrong, it's what you do with the thoughts that might be.
Just to let you know, it worked out for the best he lived, his girlfriend winded up beating on him and he has had virtually no contact with my children since.

I could kill someone. It would be colonel Mustard because he's a bully and a whiner. He gets on my nerves. I would do it with a candle stick that I have hidden in the window seat of the living room. After dinner when everyone is listening to Mrs. Peacock play the piano I plan on asking Mustard to help me locate some toilet paper in the pantry. When we get there I make him walk into the pantry and then, WHACK!!!!! I would leave him and go back to the living room.
Yes, I could bring myself to it. How does one know how one would feel after killing someone if you have never done it before?
It is one of those things that you must experience first before you can answer that question honestly.

I think i could very easily kill some one if they were threatening me or love ones, although I do not know about after the fact like if they hurt my daughter and I found out before the police. I fantasize about someone killing someone but, if I mentioned who the FBI would probably be at my door. If I did kill some one I would be filled with guilt, I believe.

This is an interesting question.
I honestly think I would have to be extremely angry to kill someone. In my own Psychology and Philosophy studies, I have come across this question and I think that, yes, without a doubt, I could kill someone, if they were to harm or kill my child. That is the only situation I can think of that would compel me to kill, but I know I have it in me, that if someone were to harm or kill my son, I am entirely capable of tearing someone apart with my bare hands and go to prison with a smile on my face.

Need you even ask? Our soldiers and Marines do it all the time. It's called "conditioning" in psych terms and "boot camp" in the Marines, basic training in the Army. Sailors and Airmen rarely get up close and personal with the enemy, unlike the former two, so they don't need quite the intensity of conditioning. And believe me, the training and conditioning is INTENSE.

First of all, quit that class, for all Psychs are crazy and you don't need to follow their example in order to survive!
If you really need an answer to, do read : Dianetics, the modern Science of mental health!
You'll find an answer therein!

The man who invented the gun. Do not know how I would do it. To stop all the deaths of all those people who died because someone invented the gun.

I don't think I could ever do that unless my life were in imminent danger -- a situation I never hope to be in!
