i know where you can get photo shop free
well its not exaclty legal im telling you its stealing but you can search a program called ares and you can use it to download picture programs music or whatever and you can get a free photo shop throught it but im not saying to use it unless your ready to pay the price if you get caught because it is very illegal

They have free online image resizers and such. Just google 'em.
If you want to take on more artistic endevors, you'll have to buy a program.
