This whole situation is a nightmare. From the Israeli perspective, the Palestinians are terrorists. From the Palestinians side, the Israelis are invaders who took their homes & drove them out. They both have a point. I don't think the Israeli thing is oil, it's land. Both parties view this land as their ancestral homeland, and it appears that both sides are too stubborn to budge an inch. Religion makes the hostility perhaps just a tad more hostile, but isn't the underlying problem. Jews & Arabs coexisted peacefully in Palestine for hundreds of years, it's when the Israelis came in & took over that the problems started. Then the Arab world confused "Zionism" with "Judaism", and anti-semitism reared its ugly head.

I agree that it's unnecessary; but if you had a thousand years, you couldn't convince either side in THIS mess that that is the case.

Jordan was made in 1948 to be the "Palenstine" and the name was from ancient history for the land of Israel's dire enemy the Philistines!

The terrorists of Hezbollah went into Israel, kidnapped soldiers, and so, in the eyes of the world, the G8 Council members, all unanimous, Israel is RIGHT, and Lebanon is WRONG, though Iran and Syria are the real culprits! They support the Arab Socialist Nazi Party, formed together by Hitler, and the Grand Mufti, in the 1930's!!!

And, for your computer, try THIS, http://pclinuxos.com which is what is running my system here, a Duron 1300, with NO hard drives! has 5,000 games, programs!!! AWESOME!!!

Neither an oil war nor religious.

Which bombing are you talking about? That has a bearing on the answer to who is giving the commands.

Israel has constantly been getting terrorized for the last like thousands years.... everybody hates Israel over there. for the same reason they hate the US of A. we stepped in and gave Israel something that wasn't ours to give. everybody wants that land and everybody thinks it belongs to whoever claims it. Israelis have a very serious military. and they don't break out the big guns often. and they still haven't broken out the big guns. wait and see what oil tanker of whoop a** they open if they really need to.

I know. How can we ever stop the fighting in the Middle East. Why would anyone even go there on holiday knowing that they could be at risk.

The muslims don't want the jews to have a country, so the muslims shoot rockets at their cities and kill their soldiers. The jews fight back and bomb the enemy cities and kill their soldiers.
