I love smearing cold cream cheese on a tortilla chip, then dipping it in salsa. Not diet friendly, btw! ;)

Definatly Hot Cheese Sauce, though even better on soft Pretzels then on Nachos.

Mostly just salsa preferably home made and fresh. As far as cheese its got to be hot for me.

Absolutely, cheese sauce, melted with chopped jalapeno peppers or pepperocini peppers over tostitos rounds. Other ideas I have tried are with picante sauce and/or sour cream mixed with olives. Thanks a lot, now I have to go make me some! LOL!

The cold is good at home, but the hot melted kind is good when you're out. Yum-Yum!
