Maybe you are talking about North Korea??? No, because it was under Bill Clinton that missile guidance systems were sold to China for campaign contributions. Then China gave them to NK to help them with a nuclear program begun about the same time.

Excuse me, But have you forgotten that September morning when 2 airplanes slamed into the Twin Towers, and into the Pentagon, and those brave people that took over the plane from the TERRORISTS and crashed it into the field? Osama Bin Laden and the other terrorests that hate Americans and our way of life and want to destroy us started this, then congress took a vote and agreed we were not gonna turn and run like a scared dog with its tail between its legs, WE WERE GOING TO BE THE MIGHTY COUNTRY WE ARE KNOWN TO BE AND STAND UP AND FIGHT BACK AND DEFEND OURSELVES, AND GET RETRUBUTION FOR ALL THE INNOCENT PEOPLE THAT DIED ON 9/11/01

You are obviously misinformed.. Let's talk about the failed polocies of the Clinton administration. Clinton had three oportunities to take out bin-Laden and didn't do it. He made a worthless missle treaty with North Korea and sent thousands of tons of rice to feed the people. It was used to feed the army. His botched polocies in Somalia, now overrun by Muslim fundamentalist. Bush is just cleaning up the mess.
