Otis Campbell the Drunk (Hal Smith) was also the voice of Mr Whittaker, Winnie the Pooh and many Disney characters...

I will say john ratzenberger..he wasnt a drunk all the time on Cheers, but he did tons of voiceover for pixar..a lot to name!
