I pronounce them the same way you do. The other pronunciation of scenario is passable, but Nuke-U-lar is wrong no matter where you live. People who pronounce the word in such a manner are adding an extra vowel.

You pronounce them right. I suppose some people have different accents, and that is why it sounds different. A New Yorker would say those words different then a person raised in Florida.

I pronounce scenario like you do, but I believe the other way to be correct also. However, I pronounce nuclear like you do and the other way seems wrong.
