Better question, why are you just watching?
a) He probably wants to know what they smell like. It may or may not be an attraction to you as much as that your stuff is available to him.
b) I have no idea about the hiding the gerbel stuff, is he still wearing the underwear?
He needs to learn respect for other peoples privacy, and you probably don't want him to become attracted to you in that way.

Defenetly trying to find a cure for Testicular Pain AKA Blue Balls, How do I know:
Tools:
1- Gerbel ( For lack of a lab rat)
2- Undies ( For lack of anestecia my guess is he smells it to go into a higher state of conciousness)
Procedures:
1- Placing Gerbel inside his undergarments garanties a big case of blue balls from the animal-hair/Pennis contact.
2- Smell undies to acces higher self ( We already know he meditates or how else could he have found such brilliant ideas?)
3- Well please do post once he find the cure for such horrendous illness Testicular Pain, Oh just thinking about the many man that have suffer due to this makes me sick.... Hope your brother finds a cure.... Say would you like to collect money for his cause???

Your brother is becoming a "man" as they say in my neck of the woods. Actually I think he's growing into puberty, but then again he could be turning into a homosexual, so if I were you I would wash those bras and panties and lock them away in a trunk, attic, closet, anything and make sure you NEVER give those gerbils a kiss on their soft fur again. God only knows what he does in his underwear when nobody's around. Just the thought of it makes my skin crawl.
