I think Goldberg and WWE could not come to an pay agreement when his contract was up. He wanted more money and Vince would not give it to him. I'm not exactly sure but that's what i heard shortly after he left and a friend of mine looked it up one the net.

No. Leave goldberg out. He is a prick out for money. He wasn't even that great of a wrestler. And he was just a no name that got everything handed to him on a silver platter. Leave goldberg out of wrestling. Let him play with his stupid cars and bikes and crap.

Evoulution ended his career by jumping on his acilis tendon (a tendon near the ankle) and that is the worst tendon to tear. Some say he may return in 2011 because 2001 was when the incident occured. I wudd like to see him come back but I don't think he is.

Because some asshole maced him at a match one nite. He will never be back. I quit watching and will never watch again. None of the answers before mine are right he was maced by a fan after or during a show me and my customers were just talking about this last week. I run a coffeeshop.

Because he SUCKED at it. Bill Goldberg was a football player that got too hurt to play. Notice his best "move" was a SPEAR. Im glad that abomination is gone and i hope he STAYS gone
