All pregnancies are different, no two are a like. Some women get signs immediately and others dont get signs for weeks and then you got the lucky ones that dont get any signs or symptoms other than a missed period. When I got pregnant, I started having symptoms about a week later and thats when I took a pregnancy test. I started having, breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue, you name I had it. But everything is just starting to subside for me just a little.

I had morning sickness as my first sign of being pregnant and that started up 1 week after conception. But everyone is different.

I found out very early that I was pregnant. I could just sense something was different. My breasts were VERY tender and swollen and I was very tired. The for sure sign was when I missed my period and that is when I took the test to find out I am Pregnant!!
Now 15 weeks..

It all depends on you. If this is your first pregnancy you may not feel the symptoms until you miss your period and find out that you are pregnant. I have been pregnant 3 times and the 2nd and 3rd times I felt that I could be pregnant about a week before my missed period.

I threw up the morning after my husband and I concieved (- there was no logical explanation that we could think of until we found out the approximate date of conception )!
In weeks before knowing for sure though, my nipples became far more sensitive.Ask your gynecologist about it.

Everyone is different, but I couldn't stand the smell of fish 4-5 days before I missed my period with my first son and had definite breast tenderness (woke me up at night) a few days before my missed period with my daughter.
