Anyway. I'm 12 and me and my younger sister have dug a pond in our backyard and we need to know what kid of plants we need to put inside of it for either, goldfish or tadpoles (which would soon enough be frogs). So If you find a really good website for me, that would be great! Thank you all.

If you want to make a back yard pond go to www.watergarden.com they have all the info there but be prepared for some work, OK a lot of work. We did it a couple years ago and have 11 gold fish now ( 7 are babies from the original three parents). This isn't an easy job so research it first because it is hard to correct mistakes after. Once the water and filters and aeration is set up the frogs will just move in. There really is a lot to it so be prepared for work and expense. If you want to make things easy on yourself just start with a frog pond because fish have special needs to survive. Check the site out for help.

This wasn't a weird question at all!! I think it is great what you and your lil' sis are doing!

I just researched for you and found these sites for you. You can write down the names of the plants you like then take the list to your local Lowes or plant nursery to buy what you want.
Hope you find them helpful!
Good luck to yall!!! Have fun!!!

Dont need plants for tadpoles, just water. Goldfish wont survive.

Sounds like fun! Frogs will come by themselves. Goldfish can be bought at any store like Wal-Mart. Plants can be found at any nursery.
