My guess is Religion and Spirituality for the category that generates the most answers. I'm not sure about the second question.

I'd say anything having to do with relationships, particularly naughty questions generate the most answers. However, you'd probably get the best answers for something very specific, like a technical question.

Religion gets the most answers but there are more NUTS over there too.
Most intelligent.........Probably family. People really take the time to help people out and have a opinion

i would say this one for the highest quantity of answers and the philosophy category for the most intelligent answers
