I really hate her so I'd be happy to see her go, but whats most likely going to happen to her?

At first she will be very depressed but her friends will convice her to go back to the hospital and Alex will win her love back!!!

She just got married. That is a major concern, if she decides to stay home, I guess we will have to say Goodbye.
If she is back they will probably give her some disciplinary action and some counseling. They will let her slowly back in the floor. She is what keeps George and Meredith together...I do not see her off the medical field...

They will beg her to come back and put her on probation. I love Izzy. Can't wait for the new season.

Well she'll probably mope for awhile...and then alex and her will get back together. After awhile being out of the field, she'll miss it and want to come back. she will have trouble doing so, but it'll probably happen..............that's what i think, but i'm not sure what i want to happen.

I don't know, it's sad that ol' boy ended up dying anyways, That was the best season finale I've ever seen!
