i am talking about the kids (highschool age ) that mock everyone and think they are better then everyone else
what scares them or make them feel stupid

they are very aware that their parents are the ones that have accomplished anything. all they have has been given to them. their mockery of others is because of their own insecurity. remember that you are only as good as the things you have achieved yourself. i also remember my first high school reunion, the rich kids and jocks were mostly miserable, remarried for the second or third time, lost everything or just plain fat and lazy. while the very people they mocked in school were the successful, happy, well-centered ones. have hope, the future is not written yet. remember, bill gates was a nerd and probably the butt of some rich kids jokes. look who's laughing now.

Here I go sounding like my mom again. Two wrongs don't make a right. Besides they are trying to antagonize you. That way when you retaliate it will show everyone what a loser you are. Get it?? Show no reaction, they will stop when they see it doesn't bother you.
Most people with money are just like us. The kids usually grow out of it, at least I hope they do.

Start a rumour about gangs looking to kidnap the rich guys for money.
If you are scaring a young girl.. also add that the kidnappers have a habit of screwing up the faces of their victims to make them look real ugly !!

Well...my advice is to not lower yourself to their standards. That just encourages them even more. People that think that it is necessary to bully and be little others do it because they have issues with themselves and the tables will one day turn on them. Sometimes it is not soon enough, but they will turn.
I know it's hard, but just ignore them. They will get what they deserve.
They are the ones that are the true losers.

well then shouldnt you have said scaring kids that bully you instead of rich people? Why not try what scares you or makes you feel stupid- it is likely to work.

Get everyone you can to pay absolutely no attention to them. Don't look at them; don't talk to them; lead a campaign to annihilate them by ignoring them. They HATE not being the center of attention. If everyone ignored their little clique they'd shrivel up and die.

Talk to one of them, ask them a question or something. And then after she talks, make a disgusting face and say, "wow, your breath stinks!" and get away disgusted.
That would make them embarassed, and fall back to Earth.

call their mom and say that you have pregnancy test results for their daughter.
Also write notes to them saying that your coming for them, unless they leave some money for ya. Type it so they dont recognize the handwriting, and put fake blood on it.
