It depends on what type of counter top you have. If it's Formica, like most are, try some Soft Soap with Bleach, or any other cleanser with bleach. Straight bleach could discolor the counter, so you would want to water it down & test it on an inconspicuous spot first.
If it's a granite or marble counter top, I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer before doing anything to it.

Depends on what the counter is made of and how long it has been on there. Usually just water and a paper towel. If not, a colorox bleach wipe or a "magic erase" (Mr. Clean or generic) will work. Bleach, but dilute it first as pure bleach may damage the counter top.

Soft Scrub. I apply it using a sponge I coat the stain really well then let the spot dry. Once it's dry use hot water on the sponge to scrub it off. It WILL come out I use it on ALL types of juice and kool-aid stains.

If the Mr. Clean magic eraser doesn't work, try Clorox Cleanup. Straight bleach is fine, if you can stand the strong smell. Rub off with a sponge or a dual sponge with a scrubber on one side.

Bleach and a little baking soda mixed to form a paste. Let sit 5-10 minutes, then scrub gently, rinse.

Do you have a sponge with an abrasive side? Put a little soap and bleach in hot water and dip the sponge in it and scrub it off.

Scrubbing bubbles (even the generic brand) I've used it for food coloring and ink stains.

This may sound strange but it worked for me on red cool-aid and such on counter tops. Try using mr. clean magic eraser. It really does work.

Squirt some chlorine bleach on it.
And maybe peroxide will get it, or and Oxygen bleach.
