yes it is. that is the vagina, which is a path from the outer labia to the inner cervix and uterus. It is the same hole and that is the path of the menstrual fluid that you slough off every month becuase you did not get fertilized.

I guess it all depends on how kinky your sex is, but generally speaking, you are of course referring to the vagina, which is the reproductive portion of the female anatomy, and the gateway to the cervix and uterus, which is where the sperm needs to go when you are trying to get pregnant and where the tampon needs to go when you are having your period. If you have never had sex then sometimes the hymen can be so big that it is hard to know where the tampon should fit in, since it can all but completly cover up the Vaginal orifice. There is also a rare condition called "imperforate hymen" in which there is no vaginal hole at all, until somone breaks through the hymen and establishes contact with the vagina.
