Hold down the "Menu" and Play/Pause button for 10 seconds. You're iPod will return unchanged

you hold down the play/pause button and the middle button at the same time
then the apple logo will pop up and it will be good as new
and if that doesnt work let the battery die and just recharge it

you would need to get a new one, because probably a song that u import had a virus and gave it to ur ipod,

take out the battery and reset it. you might lose your music though.

u turn it off for 30 seconds and then turn it back on duh!
