Would you intervene if you were aware someone was being bullied?

It's a common occurrance. It's one of the reasons that bullying is done in the first place.

The solution: The good old cure-all, the steel claw hammer. Just gore bullies with a claw hammer whenever they bully someone, and I bet you that they'll stop. However, there are many leftist governments that support bullying by banning corporal punishment.

Yes, but take caution. Never let the person being bullied feel as if they are in danger of committing suicide, even if you see them as being suicidal. Befriend them and have them talk to an adult that they trust. Let them know that this person is a human being and does not deserve to be treated the way that they are treating them.

no, i am 14 and i was bullied non-stpo for three years, around so many of them i got jumped by about 12 kids. I have not once thought about commiting suicide. I wish i had done something about them but i was only twelve when i got jumped, so i couldn't protect myself, now i could kick anyone's ***.

Yes. But sometimes they turn around and kill their attackers.

Usually they don't do either, but bullying should be stopped for everyone's benefit.

In theory, yes I would intervene - but I wouldn't expect thanks for it, and my interference might make the bullying worse. It's very difficult ...

Yes I think it could contribute and yes I have stepped in. No regrets, I'm glad I'm strong enough to take the bulling myself and take them on, too.

But if you're the victim in this situation, my advice, don't. You'd be allowing the bully to win. Which I don't think you want.
