like my cousin, he was born in ithaca , n.y. but his parents were vacationing in america and his parents are acutall canadians, does that make him canadian?

Some peeps are legally Canadian AND American. Like Arnold Schwartzeneggar. He's legally American too. I think that you have to write a test tho. I guess that's how he got to become a politician.

well you will get an american birth cetificatefor the state that the person was born in but you will be registered as a canadian citizen by your parents

He has dual citizenship. He is American because he was born here and he is Canadian because his parents were Canadian citizens when he was born.

You are considered an American citizen if you are born on this soil. But the other answers were much funnier! You cousin might be able to carry dual citizenship though.

No, he would be a Canadian citizen because his parents will more than likely return to Canada and register him for his birth certificate etc

Oh my goodness, that makes you buddist !!! You should go and see a Cree medicine man who can expell that with some eagle wing and if that doesnt work, I heard some stories about vision quests that can be induced by depriving yourself of water and putting your faith in migrating birds who carry spirits and other alcoholic beverages from country to country for these medicine men world wide.
