Yes, but for some reason the color doesn't seem to last as long over scar tissue. My neighbor is a tatoo artist & has to retouch his every few months, but he's got a really big deep nasty scar from a gunshot wound.

That might be cool to incorporate the tattoo into the scar and create something unusual. If its a long "slice" type scar, you could tattoo legs onto it and have yourself a fine looking centipede. But people may whack you on the centipede - to save you.

It should be, though there may be a dent if it's a deep scar. Maybe you should make the tatoo work with the scar.

Yes and no.. It depends on the density of the scar tissue.

At the very least, it can be made less visible.

Most tattoo artists will highly not recommend it. Give me a needle and some ink and I will do it just to watch you scream like a girl.

yes but the scar tissue makes them more painfull and they do not look as good as they would
