Does it find your wireless router?

NO - Make sure that the wirless is active on your router and that your wireless cards works.

YES - Double-click on the icon in the bottom right of your screen. Go to properties then double-click on "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" (you may need to scroll down in the middle). Then select automatic for IP and DNS. Now, go to Start -> run. Then type "ipconfig /release". Dont forget the space before the back slash! Then type "ipconfig /renew" again there is a space. Try connecting now.

Turn off the modem and wait 2 mins. Reset your computer and then turn it back on. When you turn your computer. Turn on your modem on at the same time. If this works then give me 10 points please. Thank you.
