Steven Colbert is not funney, i dont know who George Carlin is and Richard Pryor is the master of commedy so Dave is Second. I find Dave more Funny but if it were not for Richard pryor Dave would probably be a small time comedian.

Ummm...neither. George Carlin pissed me off years ago when he made fun of anorexic girls (a very real and dangerous physical/mental condition, known to be fatal in extreme cases), and Steven Colbert is just taking "easy, cheap shots" at the obviously defective elements of this society. The funniest person on tv and "out there" these days, no not Dave Chapelle, strictly cable, strictly a sellout who will follow the tracks of Chris Rock and Eddie Murphy, but Dane Cook. Currently he has a mini-series being "broadcast" (literally incorrect but no other term is available to me at this moment) on HBO, called "Tourgasm," but he has so many other cd's out there that have been produced prior to this year that have hit the jugular of today's society. He's irreverant, politically incorrect, in touch with today's needs and really pretty cute!! You gotta watch him. Look for him on HBO, or just punch his name into a Google search. Play the clips available to you online and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Hope this helped ya!!

George Carlin has been my favorite for decades. But Stephen Colbert is fast moving into second place.

i think of Katt Williams is an fairly humorous dude yet he seems on a course on self destruction Dave Chappelle is hilarious, he has sturdiness and would not use the "n" observe another observe and placed his race down plenty. he's greater versatile in his humor and appeals to greater human beings. He knows what it takes to make it in practice business enterprise and does it. He somewhat a humorous guy. I constantly savor seeing him. that is not approximately drugs and hos and stuff. He can bypass with politics and each form of distinctive stuff. all around greater effective comedian. RHH: MC progressive X VS. Pharcyde Peace & Love :)

Carlin all the way. He's been doing it longer than the others, and he is always funny and smart.
