I dont know to much about the Rescue Mediums or Ghost Town, But I dont think that Most Haunted is believable at all.
Its not to scientific at all and is based on gut feelings and a psychic that does not ever seem to be correct.
I think the show is for the gullable and weak minded alike.
As for shows like that I think Ghost Hunters is more believable in the fact that they use cameras, audio equipment, and infrared to try to disprove stuff instead of hyping it up.

Yes the women on Most Haunted is almost getting over screaming and crying but I guess other women love it.
They think Derek Accora is hot. He and his Ethiopian spirit guide Sam.

Never saw those shows on the Women's Network. I prob would't watch them anywayz. Sure don't sound like shows I'D watch ! Also, there's this show that they have on a kids' network bout the World's Scariest Places... That show shouldn't even BE on there !!!!! I'm an adult & it scard ME !!!!!!!!! Yiy !!!!!!!!!!

I think if you watch them you're going to hear the same clueless approach to these subjects that most tv shows that are seeking ratings give them.
