None whatsoever. But I have heard plenty of stories about Sasquatch roaming through the woods here in Michigan and down in Ohio, so its very possible that something is out there. Michigan even has its own resident werewolf roaming around in the northern lower peninsula. The creature, known as Dogman, is reputed to only make his appearances every seven years (1997 and 2004 being the last known years the beast was prophesied to have returned)This may not exactly be the case, since he was reported to have been sighted just last month by several college students near Reed City Michigan.
I've never seen, nor do I hope to see Dogman. Based on the descriptions of it, it doesn't sound like the sort of thing you'd want to bump into out in the woods.

Yes!When I was younger I was over at a friends and her house is in front of a small section of woods in southern Ohio. We were walking out by the creek in the woods and saw something big and black coming at us so we ran for it across the creek and up the hill to her house. Didn't look long enough to see all the features saw it was kinda big n odd to be a person. Don't know what it was or if someone just had a really good disguise, but I'd rather not go back and find out.

Okay don't laugh but while attending college I worked at a factory that builds Toyota's and I worked the 5:15pm-3am shift and one night I was on my way home and I swear I saw some weird tall looking creature that had red eyes. At first I thought maybe I'm just tired and imagining things since I was in the middle of the freakin' country but up until this day I know that I saw some weird animal/monster with red eyes on the side of the road. I started doing about 70 mph once I saw whatever it was in a 35 zone because it freaked me out.

I didn't see one but definitely heard one extremely close to me when just putting away the car jack after fixing a flat. I was on a dirt road outside of East Canton, Ohio and heard an ear piercing scream I've never heard before or since from the woods next to my car. The hair on the back of my neck stood up and I dived across the trunk of my car to get in and slammed the door and took off. My heart was racing for quite a while after that. The noise was easily as loud as a lions roar honestly but was more shrill and though I heard branches breaking I didn't stick around for a look.

Yes, I have, but, It lit up the whole side of the mountain then disappeared. It was a very weird experience and the funny thing is I was with my whole family and they can't deny it didn't happen.
As far as your Eight foot creature in central Ohio, I hope it was running west, because I live in Pittsburgh, and we do not need anymore creatures in this town....Have a Great Day!!!

When I lived in North Carolina, about 20 years ago, me and my little sister were laying out in the sun in our chairs and there was this HUGE bird "thing" sitting in a tree about 50 yards away from us at the edge of the woods that surrounded our property. It looked greasy and nasty. I bet it smelled bad too. It was really disgusting looking. We think it was a very very abnormally large buzzard or something. It was so huge that we got scared and ran inside, called animal control but of course by the time they got there it wss gone and never seen again. I bet it was nearly 3 feet tall and about a foot and a half around it's torso area. never saw it move so couldn't guess at the wing span. Two of us couldn't be wrong, and we were young, I was a teenager and she was like 11 years old. We weren't drinking or on any kind of drugs, it was scarey and to this day I think about that stupid thing from time to time, lol. (So does she!)

What is up with all these sightings in central ohio? Is it a conspiracy or is something really in the woods? If it's the latter, then I would advise you to carry a 454 casull with you when you're in the woods. Maybe that movie that sci-fi made, the beast of bray road(real sightings), made people want to report sightings as pranks. But back to the question, try cryptozoology.com, or google beast of bray road.

When my family lived in maryland, my father was a Fish and Wildlife Officer al;ways taking his daugters out to the parks. My oldest sister swears still to this day she saw a bigfoot sasquatch thing in the parks around maryland. One of those chareished moments where she looked across the small stram and saw this apey like thing, the moment it recofnized she saw it (she screamed as 8 year olds would) it took off.
Myself? I've never seen anything that cool. I just had the moment of being chased by a giant christmas tree....but it turned out it was just a bunch of bottle rockets and roman candles set off at a distance and the wind was making the tree's branches sway and just happened in my head to make it look like blinking lights flying towards me.

I haven't seen anything in the woods, but there is a person who is a frequent guest on a radio show I listen to, who researches these things, and she welcomes contacts from people who have sited them. I will include a brief copy of the info from her website & give you her links. If you have streamlink, you can hear replays of the shows she has appeared on, on the Coast to Coast AM website listed below. (one of her more recent appearances was on 5.13.06, interviewed by Ian Punnett) Good luck!

Bio
Linda Godfrey is one of the most respected authorities on anomalous animals and paranormal phenomenon in Wisconsin. As a journalist, she was the first to break the story of a terrifying, werewolf-like monstrosity lurking in the shadow shrouded forests surrounding Elkhorn, Wisconsin’s Bray Road. Godfrey has continued to pursue her interests in the unknown and has gone on to investigate an array of unusual animals allegedly lurking in her home state. *
(*on a recent show, she mentioned she is investigating stories throughout the midwest.)
ps - she also made a point when interviewed, to say that she did not participate in the movie that shares the same title as her book, and that the movie was highly fictionalized in comparison to actual events.
