At whatever age they feel comfortable doing so. I've heard of some women going their whole lives never wearing them, and others opting for them as soon as they start at age 12 or so, so it's completely up to the individual.

You don't need to wear tampons at all. I believe I was around 14 or 15 when I first started. I really haven't gone back to pads.

there is not an age. Girls choose when they want to wear tampons if they feel comfortable with it.

There is no specific age. It depends how comfortable you are with that. Some start during their first menstrual cycle, some never feel comfortable with them.

I was 16 when I started wearing them. I wouldn't use them when I was younger because I didn't like the way they felt.

I don't think there is a special age..some people wait till they are sexually active, and others can do it early with no problem.
