how much do you know about the death of kurt cobain? tell me everything you know. please tell me if you know why, when, and how it happened. i'm just curious to know because i don't understand the entire story. please DO NOT copy and paste info. from other sites. i want to know IN YOUR OWN WORDS what you know. thanks.

Yup, nothing makes me think Nirvana like... shoes. I swear he is rolling over in his grave. It's just too ironic. I can't wait until they start using Nirvana in Ford commercials. I think she needs the Scrooge McDuck dollar sign swimming pool. That should be the next big purchase. Favorite Nirvana song... hmmm... I think it may be Scentless Aprentice, maybe Aero Zeplin. A lot of good ones to choose from. I still can't get over Cobain shoes. I hadn't heard about it, it's just disturbing. I know it's too obvious, but it's just so contrary to him. It's practically a celebration of exactly what drove him over the edge (that and the heroin of course). kurt cobain was murderd and he had way to much cocain in his system to have commited sucide they ruled it a sucide before they even knew all the evidence the real story is that police were looking for him and the checked his whole house to not find him the next day they came back to continue the search and they found a letter from the nanny/ house keeper saying she could not believe that once again she had miss him coming in to the house once again when they had already been told that he had not been around since he had left for rehabilation. he was found in a little room above his garage which police had not been told about . and after his death or well when he was said to have already have died his credit card which is said to have been cancelled by his wife was used several more times well someone tried to use it and it would no clear so he was MURDERED!!!!!!!!!!

Okay... this is in my own words since I did a speech on it for school... in my own words... but here how the story goes... Kurt Cobain was in rehab for his herion addiction. days before he died, he saw his daughter, Frances Bean one more time and told the people at rehab that he was going to go have a cigerette. he ended up making a run for it and escaped from rehab. His wife Courtney Love hired and investigator using Kurt's mother's name without her permission. She said that Kurt needed to be found because he was suicidal. Kurt was last seen in Seattle allegdgely carrying a shotgun.

Kurt Cobain's body was found on April 8, 1994 in his house. An electricion found the body while going to install a security system. he was found shot in the mouth and with a suicide note announcing that his intentions to leave Courtney Love, Seattle and the Music industry. On his death certificate it said he committed suicide and the cause of death was a shotgun blast. he apparently put a shotgun in his mouth. anyhow... that's what looked like happened.

On the seattle police reports, the gun, the suicide note, and the pen to write the suicide note didn't have any figure prints and the whole room was wiped down. The only person that claimed that Kurt was sucidal was his wife, Courtney Love. She had become obsessed with his will before he died because Kurt was going to write her out of it when he was going to devorice her. Kurt also wanted full custody of his daughter Frances Bean. Kurt was also going to break up Nirvana.

So it really seems like he commited suicide. But later on it was said that Courtney hired someone to kill Kurt. This is the story I happen to believe because a lot of nirvana fans thought she was a overbearing gold digger.

During Kurt's autopsy, he was found with three times the leathal dose of herion in his blood. he was found both of his sleeves rolled down. and if he did in deed shoot himself with a shot gun in the mouth then Kurt would have had to take off his shoes because his arms weren't long enough to reach the trigger. he was found with both his shoes on too. he was said to have died on april 5, 1994

Iwas 13 when it happened and a very big fan. Some things of disconcern:
He checked himself out of rehab,and was found dead in a guest house ( i think or maybe like a summer home)
anyway they never did find who was with him in his last hours.
But they're were two different sleeping bags&two different brands of cig butts in the ashtray. he was found with three times the legal limit of herion in his system and still managed to pull the trigger of a shotgun with his toe. There was a book on it out a long time ago like 1995 and i think it was called"better to burn out, than fade away" that would be more informative.
He had stated in the sucide letter that the pain in his stomatch was too much too handle. He had a pretty dibilitating addiction to herion at the time too. Their daughter had been taken away from them off and on a few times by this time. And he hated the fact he had become mainstream, and felt people didnt even really know what he was all about.it still mks me sad to think about it.

here is my thought, he had a rough life, he developed a drug problem. its like I dont like the drugs but the drugs like me kind of deals. The drugs liked him too much. they can take hold. it got to him. life the drugs, the fame, the *****. and wham, but all things happen for a reason right. perhaps if it didnt happen the way it did then maybe nirvana would be a name like poison, good but forgotten. his death immortalized his lifes work.

supposedly he overdosed in his home on heroin but there is some question about his death seeing as how he was a heroin addict for 20 years and never overdosed once oh also while he was oding he shot himself (which also wasnt possible because he was so overexposed to heroin that he wouldnt have been able to move)

I watched an investigative show on this. The autopsy was sloppy and circumstantial evidence pointed to the (wife?). I think she murdered him and got by with it.

He killed himslef with a sawed-off shotgun. How does one kill himself with a sawed-off shotgun...while on Heroin?!?!?!
Not happening...Courtney's psychotic and doesn't deserve to have custody of their daughter, even if she didn't kill Kurt...She's still a nut job druggie who goes in and out of re-hab more than Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston.

I do know that he had stomach problems..and that the pain was just too much,,I loved his music..and thought he was very gifted..,may he rest in piece and his wife and daughter have a good life..

He had his demons from having what he felt was a bad and rough upbringing. I'm pretty sure that was it. He got into drugs and stuff because of his hard life, and that, I think is also what made him suicidal.

He was never able to conquer his demons.
