The Family Stone was really good, I enjoyed it - not exactly a comedy, but not a drama either.
Last Holiday was pretty good. :)
Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers were both pretty good.
Anger Management was hilarious.
Office Space is one of the funniest movies ever made, IMO.
All the Harry Potter movies are good family movies, as is the new Chronicles of Narnia.
This should be enough to get you started, at least. :)

RV with Robin Williams is alot of fun, I saw it yesterday.
If you like a little more adult fare, try Tomcats on rental starring Jerry O'Connell.
Gone Fishing with Joe Pesci and Danny Glover is also very funny.

Adam Sandlers new movie Click is great I think you'd like it. Also first fifty dates and mr deeds are a couple of others he made that are very good.
