How do I transfer memory from my xbox to a memory chip?

there is this thing that just came out for the 360 (hope thats what you have) cant remember what its called but it sits between your 360 and the hard disc. Its a blue neon thing with a wierd name. It enables easy transfer of anything from your 360 to a PC, then just download that to a memory stick/card ^_^
