Your question is unfortunately a very common misconception of an actual religion. It is called Wicca. I personally do not call myself wiccan but I have many friends who are of that religion. Witches are everywhere. They may be your doctor, your teacher or your next door neighbor. You probably won't know what their religion is by the way they dress or talk. They do not go around trying to convert others to their beliefs. They just live the best way that they can. You may think of them as being extremely nice and helpful people. You see, there is only one "law" that they must follow and it is to "harm none". So, to answer the first part of your question, yes I believe in witchcraft.

The second part of your question states that people get used to it and are not bothered by it. Now why should anyone be bothered by a person who practices their religion, especially one that states emphatically that you can not hurt anyone, including yourself?

The third part asks about going into a witchdoctor's hut. That would depend very much on the particular religion they were following and why I wanted to go. If you are talking about the "Hollywood" version of a scary old man who is dispensing curses and wants me to drink bat's blood, then no, I would not go there. If you are speaking of a practitioner of Reiki, then I would go. If you are speaking of a Shaman who does healings, then yes I would go.

I hope that I have enlightened you a bit and that you will think if your future questions have merit before they are asked. If I am mistaken about your reasoning for asking and you really are trying to understand then I apologize and hope I have answered your question.

I am an Occultist. I firmly believe in witchcraft and practice constantly. I studied under a witchdoctor for 3 years.

This is not the real question is it?

Well yes I do believe it is very real and as a matter of fact I come from a long line of "witch doctors" , "hierberos" , "shamans" etc. The problem is that we live in a society that is so used to seeing things through the eyes of Hollywood. Take away the smoke and mirrors most people believe they will find, and it can be a pretty fun, educational experience.

Witchcraft is a way of using props and words to remove the ingrained belief that the paranormal simply cannot exist. As such, it is actually limiting to our consciousnesses, but yes, it is very real.

As for going in to see a witchdoctor, I would love to!

I belive it's real but that it's power is very weak cause it gets it's power from those who believe. the more folks who belive the more power it has.

And Any books you see that says they are based on TUE wiccan, witchcraft, druid, etc is just bull****.

Just new age nonsense to take your money.

I have to admit i do feel a bit offended by your question. i am a witch and what you said about people getting used to it is way off, i constantly get discriminated against as a witch and i don't dress all in black and that sh*t. I'm a pagan and therefor i believe in mother nature. but yes its real, its all real, i can proof it. but i wont... witchcraft is not a hobby or something that is just done for the fun of it. its a religion, like you Christians believe in you God, we believe in the god and the goddess. we believe in nature and the earth. and to be honest i think we are more true to our faiths than Christians will ever be to theirs. but i respect them, all i ask is that you respect mine aswell.
hope than answers your question.

Well, you are seeing wicca, and the newage ****, that is garbage, honestly pure fantasy. Witch craft is real and it is done through controling demons, u will find more ir grimore or the lesser key of solomon, just dont mess around with it, trust me. To this day there are demonic shrines in north africa where witches give sacrifices to obtain powers.

Witchcraft can be a very powerful medium to those who believe it.

I believe that all things are possible. Is the witch doctor primarily good or more vengeful? If I've done something to tick him off, then, no.
