No, not if he's straight, I can't think of one woman I haven't had sexual thoughts about. Thats why straight dudes are afraid of gay dudes, we know they're thinking about us. Every guy who has a woman friend would sleep with her if he had the chance. Why not, no man and woman have stayed friends forever.

I believe it is possible. If a man is really a good friend to a woman those thoughts shouldn't pop up. Let's say for instance he thinks of her as a sister. I would hope he doesn't think of having sex with her. Even though a lot of men are just plain throwed off. It really sounds like a trust issue. You first have to evaluate whether or not you even trust this guy, and then if you can trust the friend he is with. A bad thing would be to jump the gun on the issue. It could very well be just a friendship. But the flip side to that could be they both have feelings for each other and don't want to see your feelings get hurt. Unfortunately the only thing you could do is accept it or not accept it. Either way if they are good friends chances are she'll be there after you're gone, just like a sister should. It is possible to have a good male friend. No weather or not they have sexual thoughts is their private information. If they are a true/good friend and this is a concern of yours, then you should be able to politely ask them. Just remember you may not like the answer you get.

I think its possible I hang out with guys and there sort of like my brothers you know, so I think thats its very possible but then you have the attraction thing after a while you may start getting attracted to each other. so just be careful with that if you dont want to take it as far as being friends. you also may want to let that person know that your only interested in being friends ONLY.

if a mans perference is toward women than i have to say no-do believe you can be friends without sex-but any man that considers you friend would also consider you as a lover-shouldnt hold something so natural as thought of sex against them-keep the peace lots of love old hippie here

I believe so.
I have several male friends who I know have no attraction to me what-so-ever because I'm either not they're type or they're taken by one of my friends.
But it really depends on the person. If girls can be friends with guys and have no sexual attration/thoughts about them why not guys too?

I am kidding. Most of my friends are beautiful women, I am a man interested in beautiful women, but they are like sisters to me. It would feel wrong to think of them in a sexual context.

yes, my best friend is a guy and hes three years older than me, hes become like a brother...when i met him, he and i used to have a thing for each other, but now whenever someone puts his name and my name in to a sentance with the word sexual, its disgusting.
