Well, I dont know your "real man" , however I suggest that the way to get anyone to do anything like that is for you to tell them how hot they look when they wear pantyhose. Explain that it turns you on and makes you happy to see it. If you make someone feel adored they will do pretty much anything, and hopefully your adoration is genuine.
