When I download the fonts I put the in my fonts file.
But when use photoshop I dont see it in the fonts bar.

You cannot just copy fonts on the windows directory! It REALLY cannot seen by your other software like office, etc.

To install NEW fonts, go to Control Panel, find the FONTS. On Menu File, click the 'INSTALL NEW FONT'. Sometimes, this ‘install new font’ was blurred, it maybe that you have installed a lots of fonts already…

Start>My Computer>Local Disk>Windows>Fonts

when you download the fonts, copy the files into control panel - fonts folder. This should make it work. Also you can check if there is a fonts folder in photoshop and try copying it there which should solve the problem. Since photoshop is not a microsoft product, common file sharing may not be available like you see in office 2003 products.
