I want to find one that not too expensive and is good for summer weather, or like I can go swimming with it on and it doesnt break or fall off or something.

Claire's, Icing, Leila Rowe, Ella Bella, and any kind of store by a beach or in an alley or garment district. Just make sure it's real metal so it won't rust after swimming in it!
