As a Bucs fan, I would love to tell you yes. However, with a glaring problem at QB, most likely, no, they will not. Chris Simms is not an elite quarterback though he is, by no means, as bad as a Kyle Boller or Rex Grossman. A full season of Cadillac Williams and a solid pass game may do the team wonder, and we know that the defense is always solid. They will make the playoffs, no doubt, but I think the team is about a year or two from serious NFC title contention.

Dominate would hardly be a word I would use when it comes to Tampa Bay. Although I think their team is very solid, and should contend for a playoff spot. Sims is just an average QB at best, as this team will rely on Cadillac Williams running the ball and their great defense. This team should make the playoffs, but looks like they will finish behind a better Carolina Panthers team in the NFC South.
