why do woman get off on not paying child support and they will take a man to the cleaners and have them arrestted would like to know who i can go to.. have tried all agencies and nothing its like she is his mother and the point is

Go to the court system and have her wages garnished if she will not pay. If that does not work hire an attorney. She must not be much of a woman if she did not get the children in the divorce. The law is the same for women as for men in having to pay child support.

I don't know what state you live in but I work for Child Support in the state of NJ and we enforce court orders regardless of the sex of the non-custodial parent... When preparing cases to court or issuing warrants we don't have time to be looking whether or not the non-custodial parent is the mother, it doesn't matter, both parents should be financially responsible for the children... Contact the main child support office and make a complaint if you are not getting any answers from your local child support office.

Open up a case with child support enforcement.
My ex was making over $3k at the time of the child support order, yet only ordered to pay $32/week and never paid that. They don't do anything to him. Men get away with being a deadbeat all the time.

Depends on the court order. Women can be arrested too if they do not pay child support per court orders.

Dont know where you have went ,but laws are the same for child support .See a lawyer

Get a lawyer ... money talks ... bull s... walks! It takes MONEY! Otherwise get a good job, forget the ole lady and let your kids know that you love them!
