You could either donw load Limewire or Ares. Both meet all your requirements.

once on the site, click the first link, which is a big button saying "Download Ares Now"
next, when choosing a mirror, choose the Phoenix, AZ mirror.

LimeWire is the best... it's free and legal, and I have never gotten a virus or sh*t like that.

oh yeah, Limewire is not Legal, and you CAN get spyware/viruses

out of all the programs we have had winmx is the only one we didn't get any spyware from or virus's... and its free
the others we have used are: limewire, ares, morphus.... they all gave us problems

well, i dont really know about legal, but if you dowload a bittorent client (I personally use BitComet), and go to www.torrentspy.com you are able to download songs, or albums if you want, sometimes they have bands whole discography's on there.

http://www.4shared.com/ does not have that stuff, **** like limewire and others are full of crap i had limewire and i hade to change my pc

limewire is really good. and it doesn't have spy ware. i use it all the time...
